  •          The special order is valid for the purchase of INISSIA, ESSENZA MINI, CITIZ and LATISSIMA TOUCH Nespresso machines either through the Nespresso online shop or from one of the following partner stores: ELEKTROMARKT, AVITELA, TECHNORAMA, TOPO CENTRAS, SENUKAI, KAVOS DRAUGAS in Lithuania, or EURONICSKAFIJAS DRAUGS/KOHVISEMU in Latvia and Estonia.
  •          After purchasing a coffee machine, the buyer must register it through the,  online shop to become a member of the Nespresso Club.
  •          When registering on the website, the customer must provide correct personal information (name, surname, current e-mail address, address, contact telephone number) as well as information about the Nespresso coffee machine purchased (Nespresso coffee machine model, serial number, date and place of purchase, receipt number, and a photograph of the receipt).  The information given during registration is confidential and protected by Nespresso.
  •          If all the data provided meets the requirements, the buyer will be sent information about activation of the special offer.
  • The special offer can be purchased when placing an order by adding the item – the 50 capsule collection.
  •          The special offer can be purchased when placing an order by adding the item – the 50 capsule collection – to the shopping cart together with the order.  The special offer will be visible in a new window, next to “recommended products”.
  •          After ordering and receiving the 50 capsule collection once, the buyer will no longer be shown the collection when logged in.
  •          The 50 coffee capsule collection is only for one newly registered coffee machine and one order. If the coffee machine was purchased before this promotion began, the special offer will not be activated.
  •          If a Nespresso Club member has already received a 50 coffee capsule collection, he or she may only receive another 50 coffee capsule collection upon purchasing and registering another machine linked to his or her Nespresso Club account, i.e. when the customer provides the model, serial number, date and place of purchase, receipt number, and a photograph of the receipt for the newly purchased coffee machine.
  •          The special offer – the 50 coffee capsule collection – is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The 50 coffee capsule collection can only be returned if the packaging was damaged. In this case, the customer must inform a coffee specialist within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide visual evidence.   •          The offer is valid for one registered coffee machine and only during one purchase.
  •          The offer is valid for two (2) months from the date of purchase of the Nespresso coffee machine if the machine was purchased during the promotion period: 25 September 2018 – 1 November 2018.

The range of products sold on the e-Shop depends on the quantity available in the warehouse. Therefore, if there are problems with the supply of goods or there is no stock left in the warehouse, Nespresso reserves the right to provide the consumer with information about other products of the same or higher quality that can be ordered instead. If the consumer does not want to order the proposed products, Nespresso will refund the amount paid if it has already been paid.

On this website, at different purchase stages, validation screens are displayed which prevent the order from being continued if the data in these sections was not entered correctly. This site also shows complete information about the goods that the website user has added to the shopping cart during the purchase process, so the user can change the details of the order before payment.

If payment for the goods was not received, the order will not be fulfilled, except in cases when the customer selects a payment method which allows payment to be made at the time of receipt (acceptance) of the order. Payment on delivery can be made in cash or by bank payment card.
